Shipping Policy

At Woody Meadows Bats, we take pride in building quality wood bats, one at a time. Our goal is to deliver a bat that's worth the wait.

Custom Bat Production Times

Custom baseball bats and fungos are made to order.

Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production before your order ships.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, customization, and material availability.

Ready-to-Ship Bats

Products listed in our Ready to Ship collection are already made and available for shipment.

Ready-to-ship orders typically leave our shop within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

If your order contains both custom and ready-to-ship products, they may ship together when the custom items are completed unless separate shipping arrangements are made.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is currently $13 for a single bat within the contiguous United States.

The final shipping charge is calculated and displayed during checkout. Larger orders, multiple bats, or special shipping arrangements may have different rates.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping estimates do not include custom production time.

Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at kyle@woodymeadowsbats.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

For damaged deliveries, please keep the original packaging and take photographs of the damage.
